By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
**Please also note that CBD does affect everyone differently.**
Returns Process:
Mama Debz will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store. Please contact your store. The store may have different return policies.
- Email us at info@mamadebz.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your product within the 30 day time limit.
- Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to info@mamadebz.com so we can keep an eye out for it.
Please contact us and provide any detailed information for products damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping & Handling Policy
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping and Handling on all orders over $74 and on all “Subscribe and Save” orders within the USA.
Flat rate shipping of $8.99 for all orders under $74. Customers have an option to select UPS ground $15.99 or UPS 2-day $29.99.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days. Shipping times may vary or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
